Founder of Learning Changemakers and Co-creator at Emerging Stronger, her focus has always been on bringing a community together to investigate how learning innovation builds business impact.

Laura has authored/ co-authored over 40 major research reports, and as a regular contributor to industry publications, she has written over 300 articles. She has also received several prestigious awards, among which the Learning and Performance Institute’s Colin Corder Award for outstanding achievement and the Learning Technology Award for outstanding achievement.

Jo is a speaker, instructional designer, and classroom facilitator who specializes in virtual classrooms, webinars, and live online learning technology. Jo’s passion is helping and supporting teams, professionals and organizations to embrace the benefits of the virtual classroom. Jo’s background includes: further and higher education; the charity sector; small and large organizations, including CNN News. Through her company Lightbulb Moment, Jo specialized in training learning professionals about virtual classroom design and delivery. She has spoken on various topics at conferences such as Learning Technologies, Online Educa Berlin, and keynoted for Colleges Wales and E-learning Fusion.
