The Push Back to Face-to-Face Learning

Since the global pandemic, the world went digital and virtual for work and learning. Two and half years later and many organisations are going back to working in offices and offering in-person training again and sighing with relief that they don’t need to be virtual anymore. With variations of “I told you virtual wouldn’t be as good as physical training” and some people being cajoled back into the office, what can we learn and do?

Many people want to flexibly work from home for a variety of reasons and there are many organisations stopping paying for expensive physical offices and training rooms – so virtual is here to stay. But there’s still the reticence around the quality.
