Speexx Accessibility Statement

Scope

This statement applies to: 

• Speexx user portal at portal.speexx.com 
• Speexx iOS and Android mobile apps 

Some legacy applications may not fully conform; known limitations are listed below. 

Standards and Testing

We use a combination of automated tools, manual testing (including keyboard navigation and screen readers such as JAWS and NVDA), and feedback from affected user populations. Our processes include accessibility checks during all stages of design, development, and release. 

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following issues and are working to address them: 

• The Speexx online test is not fully accessible. Users with disabilities are able to request an alternative test with a Speexx language trainer. 

• Listening exercises are not fully accessible for users with hearing impairments. Any user may skip these exercises or request alternatives.  

• Some older documentation is not tagged for accessibility. Accessible copies are available on request.

If you need information in an alternative format (such as large print, accessible PDF or audio), we will provide this at no additional cost. Please contact us with the page or document name, your preferred format, and how we can best reach you.
