Speexx, the leading platform for people development in the digital workplace, has been awarded the top spot in the Madrid Flexible Company Awards in the category medium-sized company.
Now in its 20th edition, the Madrid Flexible Company Awards have recognized companies that have been able to adapt, grow and prosper by ensuring work-life balance, creating innovative policies in terms of work flexibility and promoting flexible, equitable and productive work environments.
This year, there were 143 companies participating with 10 finalists and 3 winners: Aegon Seguros, in the Large Company category; Speexx in the Medium Company category and Federación Red Artemisa, in the Small Company category.
The awards ceremony took place on October 18 at the headquarters of Sagardoy Abogados, where Speexx received the award from Ana Dávila-Ponce de León, Regional Minister of Family, Youth and Social Affairs. These awards are an initiative of the General Directorate for Equality of Madrid, and their aim is to recognize and disseminate best practices in work-life balance policies implemented by companies in the region.
