Kelly Algier
Head of Coaching Science @Speexx

Kelly is an ICF Certified Leadership Coach (PCC) and holds a degree in organizational psychology from Harvard. She has over 20 years of international experience in leadership roles across both large global corporations and a technology startup. Kelly began her coaching journey 10 years ago and is passionate about coaching leaders using evidence-based techniques from renowned scholars. She draws on her expertise in transformational leadership, gendered leadership, positive psychology, motivational theories, change theories, workplace wellbeing, intersectionality, and mastering life’s transitions.

Kelly brings 20 years of international experience in leadership roles in both large international corporations and a technology start-up. She has led teams in a variety of functions and organizations, including Citi, Allianz, and A.T. Kearney. Kelly combines her global corporate experience with a degree in Organizational Psychology from Harvard University, giving her deep insights into new ways of working. In her presentation, she will discuss strategies for success in male-dominated environments. She will draw on her knowledge of transformational leadership, positive psychology, motivational theories, theories of change, workplace wellness, intersectionality, and managing life transitions. This presentation is a must for anyone interested in developing women in leadership.
