As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and excellent team leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong customer-facing experience, preferably from a SaaS HCM (Talent Management, E-Learning) company. Furthermore, you have proven experience in closing six-digit projects in license sales. The Senior Sales Manager will be leading a successful team of Key Account Managers, cooperating with Customer Success Managers, Inside Sales and Marketers to ensure Speexx continues to be at the front in our industry. This position reports directly to the VP Global Sales to boost our French market presence.
