Senior Key Account Manager (m/f)

You are an enthusiastic, flexible and dynamic individual, comfortable working in a young international company. The right candidate is experienced in managing C-level stakeholders and is able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
With Speexx, you will be at the leading edge in the talent management and e-learning industry, dealing with the top corporations in the Spanish speaking markets. You will be working as part of a successful international team of Customer Success Managers, Marketers and Sales experts.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Manage and hold overall responsibility for a portfolio of global and national accounts
- Be the commercial spearhead for Speexx in the Spanish market
- Hands-on negotiation and field activity on large bids / tenders
- Analyze business trends, pipeline status and forecasts and provide full visibility of business potential through the CRM reporting tool
- Identify customer requirements, possible implementation solutions as well as consultancy in line with the Speexx product portfolio
- Meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities
- Define and execute sales plans for assigned accounts
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Strong customer-facing experience and global account management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience of closing six-digit sales projects in license sales, supported by strong negotiation skills and consultative solution selling techniques
- Achievements in delivering yearly quotas in excess of 500k Euro on product license sales
- A self-starter attitude, you are a results driven “hunter” with the ability to pro-actively identify, develop and close new opportunities
- Familiarity with tender processes and experience with processing RFPs
- Native level Spanish and fluency in English required, further languages are an advantage
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and social media tools
