Well-being in the Digital Workplace – A Toolkit for Beginners

Before the COVID-19 health crisis, the World Economic Forum estimated the need to reskill one billion people. The high levels of stress and anxiety felt by our teams present an added layer of difficulty. For our teams to be ready to learn the skills to thrive in today’s workplace, we first must guide them to raise their levels of well-being.

During this webinar, Montserrat Ventosa will present five strategies you can adopt to raise levels of well-being in our organizations and obtain evidence of the improvements in our team’s resilience levels, commitment to excellence, positive emotions, and positive relationships. The first shift HR and L&D professionals need to consider is from human resources to human relations. Next, Montse will talk about fostering an environment of inclusion and support through psychological safety. The third shift is from a top-down culture to an agile mindset. In addition, during this session, we will talk about the transition from training to learning. Finally, Montserrat will present Tecmilenio University’s Ecosystem of Wellbeing and Happiness, as a practical framework to guide your team to bring well-being into their lives.
